Fisher & Paykel products are available in more than 80 countries. The company manufactures high-class, well-designed appliances such as fridges, cooktops or dishdrawers. The relaunch of the Fisher & Paykel website on Adobe WEM and hybris introduced direct-to-consumer ecommerce capabilities for the very first time - worldwide.

The main part of my activities for the project was to create a user-centric concept for all major areas of the website: the product finding, presentation and comparison process, website information architecture and navigation, and the checkout process.
