Since Sept 2017, offers financial services to it's australia-wide customer base. People looking for home loans can calculate repayments, check all cost involved with buying a property, and apply for a home loan on the website. As a world-first, any home loan approval a user has been granted is paired with the homes available on My work included multiple experience design activities around the calculator that is available on every property detail page. In addition to that, I was UX lead for the additional content hub that drives customer acquisition via SEM and SEO.


Australian Motor Vehicle Services

Relaunch of The old website was a bit out of date and not that user-centric. I first analysed the existing website and made recommendations that could be considered for the relaunch (information architecture, labeling, page structure, imagery, SEO). After that I've build an optimised website on Squarespace.

The first job for me after joining REA Group was to help launch a new content experience for Lifestyle. My work included information architecture, wireframing, and visual design mockups for all page templates and modules. During development, I was the gatekeeper for everything related to Visual Design and User Experience.


HESTA Super Fund

My role as Experience Lead for this project was to gather secondary and primary research insights, deduce relevant user stories, redesign the information architecture for the HESTA main site and the accompanying HESTA Award sites, and to translate user and business requirements into wireframes. Bunnings Warehouse

Over the course of 12 months, my work influenced more than 60+ projects for Bunnings Warehouse, Bunnings New Zealand, and the Workshop community. Besides working on the tools, I mentored Junior Experience Designers and was responsible for the rollout and management of Jira for the Experience team. (Agency: DT)


Fisher & Paykel

User Experience lead for the relaunch of the Fisher & Paykel website on Adobe AEM / CQ and hybris. The project introduced direct-to-consumer ecommerce capabilities for the very first time - worldwide. (Agency: DT)

Swiss Federal Railways SBB

High-fidelity - fully working - prototype that showcased the new look and feel of SBB's ticket shop, one of Switzerland's most visited sites per month (10 million). The prototype (and a accompanying video walkthrough) was used by SBB to get stakeholders on board for the project. (Agency: Namics)

UBS Financial Health Check

User research and interactive prototype for an iOS app used by 800 UBS financial advisors. The app was designed for co-use: while the customer observes the screen, the advisor can manage every setting on one side of the screen - without distraction in the consulting process. (Agency: Namics)


Schindler Global Relaunch

Interactive wireframe (low-fidelity and also high-fidelity) for Schindler's website relaunch. The prototype was used to showcase the future look&feel to stakeholders within Schindler. (Agency: Namics)
